HEX is NOT a project with a timeline or roadmap, where you contribute value to a group to accomplish the timeline to increase value of tokens you received from group. ie expect profit from work of others
HEX is a finished immutable launched bunch of code=a finished product -no timeline & no person or group. The community, not group foundation or RH wrote front ends, advertise & make educational videos So with HEX you do not contribute to a group whose ongoing work you depend upon to expect profit! ie NOT security

You can see on etherscan that ETH contributed to product at launch has NOT moved so it could not have been used for bling-also it was never promised that any investor would profit from the use of this ETH
