I do think that Bitcoin is afraid.
Tokenomics are worse and that’s my biggest problem with xrp. Ripple labs can dumps tokens on everybody as much as they wants ans suits them. It is very inflationary.

I hold high respect for your work mate because you’re pointing people in the right direction. If there’s one thing I’ve learnt recently is to remain calm especially when it comes to investment in Cryptocurrency . If Bitcoin can sustain these recent highs, it means we're getting a period of some relief rallies across, markets would be good. The crypto market is unstable and you can’t easily tell if it’s going bullish or bearish. While myself and colleagues are trading without fear of making losses but profits, others are being patient for the price to skyrocket, well It all depends on the pattern you follow. I was able to amass a lot of profits 87 BTC ! when i started at 45 BTC by implementing daily trade signals and strategy from Phillip Edwards..

The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on the govt. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in Gold, silver and digital currencies(BTC, ETH, XRP..).

I bought XLM and XRP before I had heard of Ripple also. But after informing myself about Ripple I bought more XLM. XRP and XLM in my view are no different to casino chips, they are a bridge currency for security and practicality reasons. If the public come into the casino and buy all the chips, then the casino would be dysfunctional. This is why they would always have spare sets of chips and replace the ones that go missing assuming that people keep them as a souvenir or wish to cash them in at a later date. If ripple engaged in a business deal and included a stack of casino chips within the deal, this could be misconstrued as being sold as a security, but in reality, it’s a monetary value that cannot be branded a security, unless of course, it’s part of your agenda to do so.

In other words, Terra generated an expectation of profit from RETAIL INVESTORS based on Terra's efforts, while Ripple DID NOT generate an expectation of profit from RETAIL INVESTORS based on Ripple's efforts. That is why the judge is saying 'the method of purchase isn't what matters in Howey', because you can't just use that as an excuse after running a campaign specifically targeted at convincing RETAIL INVESTORS that they will earn money from your company's efforts.
Do we all consider store of value as the best reason to buy? Do we all rush out and buy only gold or do we consider Nvidia Tesla Amazon Apple Tesla etc because they have growth potential and real time use case – utility?
We do have a massive issue with Internet personalities calling every piece of information about Ripple/XRP a partnership. Ripple/XRP have yet to announce officially a single big partnership. It's why we are at .70 and will probably float between .40 and .75 for a while. Long term it's still the best crypto.
