Also BTC has no competition except gold as a store of value. ETH is competing with SOL. ADA, and a host of other 1st layer or possibly even 2nd layer which will look to develop their own blockchain off ETH. Also competing with BNB. ETH should be considered an IT stock, as it has revenue rather than a crypto. So you can assess a price to earnings ratio.
There is no way it will get to 50k without wide adoption in real applications
