30 year fixed rates? If that is normal in the US, those who have bought in the last couple of years are paying massively more than those who bought at better rates. In the UK we have the option of a tracker mortgage, that moves with rates, or fixing for 2 years to 5 years. Is this an option in the US?

Commercial real estate is dead. Amazon killed brick-and-mortar retail real estate, and the internet (work from anywhere) killed offices. These mortgages are garbage.
