Uh oh. Kevin calling for an alt season is a leading Total 3 local top indicator.
Once BTC goes high enough, there is always also some sellers, and those sellers will start changing their BTC to altcoins instead of USD. Reason is very simple, altcoins will outperform USD then, even if BTC is felt to have some risk in. Basically, there is no success for crypto by BTC going up alone, the success requires also other coins go up. Not all altcoins win, but market will find out the good ones, this is basically the basic job market is required to do, to make sure the stuff in market gets valued, the buyers will find out their reasons why coin X is better than coin Y.

Don’t listen to the bitcoin maximalists is terrible advice Kevin 🤦♂️ Bitcoin is real money that you need to expend energy to produce. Ethereum is mined out of thin air and goes to its largest holders and makes them richer and richer and richer while they expend zero energy. This centralizes it more and more over time. If it costs zero to produce, that should be the price.
