We've noticed a jump in employment/gig scams as well. Basically, scammers hit up posters on job boards and offer them money to perform light work. All is well until a certain dollar amount is achieved before paying out. They will then tell you that taxes and fees are owed to withdraw, which will then turn to excuse after excuse for why more is needed to be paid.
