Here's my thoughts:
If it's not a scam – they're doing the best they can. NFT's or not – it's a gamble as far as recovering some value.
If it's a scam – it's on the legal front, but if they convinced their customers to migrate to the NFT contract, not in an innocent way – there could be a legal claim that it is void and they still have legal obligation and call to compensate these customers as well. One can argue, that the 120% buyback is even a new obligation they have taken upon themselves towards those customers.
What is your take on this?

Hello Simon, just got 4th update from YN about legal action they are taking. I replied to Stefan as follows : 'Thank you for your newsletter.
You may be in high spirits but the fact remains an awful lot
of people gave you an awful lot of money and you managed to lose 90%
of it. That alone leaves you open to claims of mismanagement.
You are not innocent and we are still waiting.
Added to this is the fact you kept the remaining 10% of our money
without recourse to any refund.
You talk of legal action but that does not help us.
Don't waste your time with that. Put your energy into
helping us get some redemption – our money back as promised.
THEN everyone will KNOW you are not a scam without having to go through the courts
which is only going to waste more money and time.

Yield nodes discord is locked down. They don't let just anyone I'm. I have messaged William directly multiple times n still cannot comment or write. I can only read the announcements n general chat. No one is happy about this. I believe lawyers, the SEC n department of Justice need to be involved. The nft is sus. Read the fine print. Please get coffezilla and other people involved. These schemes have to stop
