Everyone and their grandmother learning to code? More like everyone and their grandmother trying to become the next big entrepreneur or influencer.
sad but true, bro
Very informative and useful. The only thing I dont agree with is status, people who seek status generally dont have love in their life and probably dont understand love either, and they probably dont like themselves. When you have people who love you and you respect yourself and like yourself, status is just an afterthought.
The day coders are no longer needed is one day after when many many other fields are no longer needed.
this is the most honest video ive ever seen
As an Ex-google programmer you're very funny
😂😂😂😂😂😂
I work an 8 to 6 job in a hardware store with horrible air conditioning (swamp coolers) in the desert, make 30k a Year and I'm tired of socializing with people. I want to be a 9 to 5 60k a year nerd with money. Right now I'm at the gym trying to get an only fans body but I guess I can give coding a shot first 🤔 I'm sold 👍🏻
You're lost
Code still worth in 54'
damn lol i just watching one of ur old vids😑
Agreed with messages in the video, coding is still needed, but the demand is decreasing while the market is overlay saturated at the same time. Think if your kitchen happens to have a significant leak in the mid night, you would pay top market rate if someone is willing to come to your house and fix it, and never question what tools the plumber is using. However, today's tech interview can easily block you with a trivial question regardless the years of experience you have, the fact says it all already.
ads within a video, kinda cringe… i understand your points but what a waste of time here.
Status is everything: wow, that is so much bullshit 😂😂😂 love, time and purpose are the only things that matter. Agree on tbw entrepreneurship side though.
Humans can make small programs on their own but once the project is very big programming becomes way too complicated for the human brain. Endless editing and debugging costs time and modern video game industry truly shows it.
It is really a job for AI not a human.
Ok, got it… I’ll go back to selling crack…
When i was a kid. Coding was fun i did basic on a commodore 64. Now i see these idiots doing leet code on python and it is boring as batshit. Sucking corporate appendage by learning the bosses want to do with it.
TBH, your attitude is discouraging and it’s sad. Why do you have subscribers when you’re so negative. Your talented I give you that but your attitude is not humbling at all.
Interesting opinion! Thanks!
210,000 lost coding jobs at Invidea now what's next?
Wether or not this is true, this dude sounds like a burnt out miserable d bag talking down on everybody
It’s quite funny how he built his career and channel off of tech and coding – and now he bashes it. I can understand if he’s moved on and evolved, but give credit when credit is due.
Bro what then I do?
IA, No code, Low code, Indians, layoffs 😂😂 dam
AI isn’t able to do everything
I am currently attending an Austrian school where I am also learning programming. Personally, I think you are mistaken when it comes to the role of a back-end programmer. We are currently learning C++ and later on, we will be learning Python to deepen our understanding, which leads me to the following points.
AI is currently just a tool to assist in programming and isn't "replacing" anyone, except for people who learned programming for the easy money during the pandemic. Some front-end development tasks will become so easy that you will only need a basic understanding to change the code to achieve your desired outcome.
However, for programmers like myself who delve into things like coding machines, algorithms, and AI, we probably won't be replaced because no AI is capable of creating a better AI on its own. We will always need programmers to develop the AI itself.
Even if it gets to the point where AI can code other AIs and train themselves, most schools not only teach how to code but also about network engineering and cybersecurity, like my school. Describing exactly what you want to an AI won't be easy, especially for large projects. The processing required for AI to handle all that coding would not be profitable and would likely be full of errors or not produce the desired results. Just yesterday, our teacher told us to implement online multiplayer in any C game we wanted. Some tried to solve it with AI, but it couldn't be done correctly.
In summary, I believe we still have a long way to go before we reach the reality you describe, especially for skilled back-end developers as opposed to self-taught coders. Even in that reality, companies will always need someone who is proficient in coding to either create the AI or use it effectively in large projects.
This was not helpful
I only have 2 options. Working at a warehouse or becoming a developer
I graduated this year and found companies asking for senior developers with at least 2 years of experience, to 5 or 8 years of experience, and I have no experience.and you say that programming will end. Okay, for 4 years of university education, it went away.
Thanks man, great aware content.
Nah I'd code
Is breathing still worth in 2024?
at the end, he showed us the keyboard back-let and told us that is it's good to code at night. As the Arabian saying "The lesson at the end"
I wonder what TechLead would do with his lifestyle depending on an income based on adds in his utube videos if his former employer decided to shut down utube? Go back to coding, hmm?
Worth if you like it, if not … Why to push yourself?
honestly I did not understand what you mean at all and I wasted my 13 minutes u just advertise keyboard and skilshare I dont wonder why u r ex-google tech
maybe they are react programmers….lol
all php jquery coders drive lambos……hahhaha
But php is getting out of dated
It seems content provider and so do the data provider are the next wave for venture capital ?
TechLead is so clearly gate keeping programing.
