Decide Jed Rakoff, the U.S. District Courtroom for the Southern District of New York decide overseeing the Terra case, sided with the SEC in an end-of-year ruling. In it, he stated that the case from defendants Terraform and founder Do Kwon “asks this court docket to forged apart a long time of settled legislation of the Supreme Courtroom,” the decide decided. “The court docket declines the defendants’ invitation.”
