Daniel Schatt, a Cred co-founder and former CEO, Joseph Podulka, former CFO, and James Alexander, the previous chief capital officer, had been indicted by the U.S. Lawyer’s Workplace within the Northern District of California. Schatt and Podulka had been arrested and made their preliminary appearances in a San Francisco court docket earlier within the day, in response to a press launch revealed Friday.
