U.S. Judge Lets Most of SEC Case Against Binance Proceed, Dismisses Secondary Sales Charge

In a late Friday order, Decide Amy Berman Jackson, of the District Court docket for the District of Columbia, dominated that the SEC’s prices towards Binance for the preliminary coin providing and ongoing gross sales for BNB, BNB Vault, staking companies, failure to register and fraud prices can proceed. She granted Binance and Zhao’s movement to dismiss prices tied to secondary BNB gross sales and Easy Earn.
