Harris still has time to embrace crypto. We can hope anyway. Meanwhile August is the second worst month second only to September and the first rate cut usually takes a month or more to add liquidity. (Why, I don't know. But if he news gets people to look at mortgage rates which have come down, and they refinance, that takes a month or so) and businesses take time to change strategy.
