i only mining using their free ads. i dont mind being watching their ads for more than 60 times instead of 30 times. what i want it can withdraw and yes i already withdraw mine 2 times actually and even just to watch their ads, the miner quit fast and i always see my btc increasing daily.
I bought their super ad miner and they don't even last like 10 minutes for me. Wasted $53 for nothing. I contacted support as well and they were no help, didnt want to give me a refund

My hashrate was around 315 Th/s and I received this KYC response stating "due to risk reasons, the certification failed and the account can no longer be used. We will refund according to your payment amount, the refund amount is: total payment minus withdrawal amount * current BTC price. If you agree, please reply: Agree". I trade futures and thought this would be a high flyer, so I had a good day in the market and YOLO'd my way into this. I'm glad I'm getting back nearly 9k. In the 3 months I've been heavily in this app, I was peeling off $18/day on avg. Stay viligant and don't let these apps control your outcome….seems to me that this isn't just KYC…they want to get rid of people who might attract authorities or who might not let them skirt the $10k threshold(I was just over 10k….).
My husband I each got KYCd and they stopped both of our accounts. We got an email saying we would get back a the amount we paid minus what we have withdrawn so far. We have gone through the steps for the refund . Still haven’t received it yet. Said it could take up to 10 days. Has been about 3 so far. Will keep you up to date either way.
