I'm easily confused when it comes to crypto pundits. My confusion is why isn't their clarity in the wake of the xrp ruling? It's now the only crypto currency that is not a security in of itself, it has US clarity, any securities lawyer without bias must know XRP and CRIPTO WON.

fyi to people who don't listen to the whole video – the summary in the notes provided is dead wrong (using AI to make video summaries? still not reliable) – "and why Ran thinks altcoins have another 50% to fall soon." – he did NOT say this, in fact he said that this probably wouldn't happen in his opinion.
If they are storing scanned eyeballs as a hash, what is to prevent me from getting scanned here and then coming back the next day or even driving 20miles down the road to get scanned again? That doesn't make sense considering what they are trying to achieve. Something about me needs to be stored somewhere which means that current document forgers are incentivized to get scanned for all of their forged documents. Which–again–breaks what they are trying to achieve.
