XRP will take a few years maybe 5-6 years to break its ATH. Why cant you guys see it? Escrow has been extended to April 2027. Ripple are a business, and they need to sell XRP. It isn't in their interest to raise the price, as it wouldn't sell. They 'have' to keep the price low so the loyal sheep buy it! Just think about it!
