SEC Grants Preliminary Approval to Ether ETFs: 3 Firms Eye Tuesday Debut

The US Securities and Change Fee (SEC)
has reportedly given “preliminary approval” to at the least three asset
managers for his or her spot Ether exchange-traded funds (ETFs). This improvement

Reuters’ report aligns with current feedback from Bitwise’s
chief compliance officer, Katherine Dowling, who mentioned they’ve seen
“fewer and fewer points” vetted forwards and backwards between the issuers
and the SEC with the amended S-1 filings.

Bitwise’s chief funding officer, Matt Hougan, speculated
