Throw Lubin in Jail. Your podcast completely missed the point that they only sued because the SEC has now backed them into a corner, issued Wells notices and is about to sue them.
You missed out the important fact that Lubin is only suing because the SEC served both him and Consensys with Wells notices regarding metamask. Lubin's arrogance has led him to make many very public errors and this will do much damage to staking Blockchains.

Tony, you can support ETH and also call out bad actors. How much info do you need that Lubin and the Ethereum Foundation have been worse than bad actors in the space. I would go so far as to say they have betrayed and damaged the entire industry for their own benefits. It's fine to be competitive but not to the extent of harming the industry for personal gain. I wonder how they will thread the needle here, rightly calling out the SEC without themselves coming under fire for all their horrible violations?
I have been trading for about 6 months now and just about every trade backfires and slaps me in my face. Nearly impossible for me to catch more than a few points . I try to do top down analysis but it doesn't work for me . I say to myself, clearly I'm in the 90% that lose money, so I open a demo account, do my analysis, then take the opposite of what I would normally take and get the same result. I'm starting to feel hopeless, any advice for a struggling trader?

Is another countries currency (example: British pound) a security? Is it a commodity? Is it taxable if it's in your possession? Or, is it just another sovereign nations fiat currency?
For a long time, the US Government refused to acknowledge that crypto had any value at all. Now that they've been proven wrong, they want to control it… Hmm… Wonder why.
All this government attention is a attempt to convince people to NOT invest in the field, because it is a direct threat to their fiat ponzi schemes, that have been perpetrated for 112 years now.
Be careful of the BTC ETF's, this may be another attempt to control the market, just like Gold/silver ETF's suppress the price of those commodities. ETH may wind up suffering from this, if ETF's are allowable. May not want that to happen in the long run.
