In response to Thursday’s court docket submitting, Bittrex will neither admit nor deny the allegations, and can’t make any public assertion which may recommend the SEC did not have a factual foundation for its allegations. Of the overall $24 million fantastic, $14.4 million consists of disgorgement, $4 million in prejudgment curiosity on that disgorgement and $5.6 million in civil cash penalties.
