Emmer slams Gensler for ‘inconsistency, incompetence’ over SAB 121

Emmer argued that Chairman Gensler is violating all three targets with SAB 121. He added:

Later this week, Home Republicans plan to move Congressman Mike Flood’s decision to rescind the rule. They urged bipartisan assist, emphasizing the significance of a thriving digital asset ecosystem in america.

Emmer mentioned:

“We hope that our colleagues on the opposite aspect of the aisle will be a part of us on this effort.”
